Grade corrections

Think a grade has a factual error? Tell us.

We grade reviews, not sellers. If a grade rests on a mistake, for example reviews attributed to the wrong product, show us and we'll look at it. We read every correction, and decided ones are listed in the public corrections log. A grade can never be bought or changed by payment.
